Workplace Assessments and Neurodiverse Strategy Coaching

When Access2Learn was founded, we had one clear mission – to support students in accessing and experiencing an empowered and positive education.  However, since then we have extended our vision with WorkingBright, to provide the same support in the workplace and enabling an empowered and positive employment/career. We want to promote and encourage access to a full range of support that enables the workforce to reach their full potential and empowers them with the confidence to explore future opportunities.

Workplace Assessments

We offer workplace assessments to help identify appropriate support strategies that enable individuals to thrive in their roles, reduce barriers to productivity, and promote long-term career success.

You may benefit from a workplace assessment if you have the following:

• Specific Learning Difficulty (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia)

WorkingBright offers specialist neurodiverse coaching designed to support individuals throughout their neurodivergent journey. Our coaching approach is both strength-based and neuro-affirmative which equips clients with personalised strategies, tools, and frameworks to better navigate challenges and harness their unique strengths to succeed in the workplace.

WorkingBright will soon be providing AuDHD coaching for individuals who have both ADHD and Autism. 

We use the ADHD Works AuDHD Coaching framework for our coaching sessions, which understands the complex nature between the 50-70% overlap with ADHD and autism and how this presents in its shared traits and interactions that represent the AuDHD profile. The framework is underpinned by neuroscience and provides specifically tailored tools and exercises to equip individuals with the knowledge to understand their strengths and areas of difficulty. This also provides an enhanced understanding of how both conditions can interact and amplify each other and implements strategies to use both profiles to balance each other out without leaning into the “seesaw effect”.

WorkingBright provides ADHD coaching for individuals aged between 12-18. Coaching provides younger learners with support through transitionary phases in school, college and university. A neuroscience-based framework is used to support and strengthen executive functioning skills and allows these sessions to be tailored to an individual’s needs using a neuro-affirmative approach and conducted through an ADHD lens.

Potential areas that can be covered during ADHD coaching sessions include:

• Implementing psychoeducation to understand your condition and using a strength based approach and exercises to provide specific and targeted support to overcome individual barriers to learning and life.
• Goal setting
• Executive functioning difficulties (Self-awareness, Problem-Solving, Motivation, Impulsivity, Memory and Self-regulation to “name it to tame it”)
• Time management
• The impact and role that hormones play in ADHD
