How it all began
Access2Learn was born from a mother’s love and determination to ensure her child had every opportunity to thrive.
When Hayley’s son, Harrison, was diagnosed with autism at just three years old, she found herself on a journey she never expected. Like so many parents, she wanted to understand her child better and not just the diagnosis, but who Harrison was as a person, how he experienced the world, and what support would help him flourish.
Driven by a desire to advocate for her son, Hayley immersed herself in learning about autism, neurodiversity, and the challenges that many disabled and neurodivergent individuals face. Along the way, she discovered something powerful: when people are truly understood, valued, and supported, they can achieve far more than society often expects of them.
Harrison’s journey has shaped not only Hayley’s personal life but also the vision and values of Access2Learn. Every challenge, success, milestone, and lesson learned reinforced a simple belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to realise their potential, regardless of disability, ethnicity, culture, or background.
Today, that belief sits at the heart of everything we do. Access2Learn exists to help remove barriers, champion individuality, and empower people to build confidence, embrace their strengths, and thrive in education, work, and everyday life. Because when people are given the right support and opportunities, they don’t just succeed, they flourish.

DSA Needs Assessors
Helping you access the support, adjustments, and tools you’re entitled to.
Our DSA Needs Assessors are trained specialists who work with you to explore your study requirements and recommend supportive strategies and equipment.
They are:
- Friendly and approachable
- Highly knowledgeable about Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA)
- Skilled at identifying barriers and matching support to your needs
- Experienced in supporting students at all stages of higher education
Your assessment is a relaxed conversation — not a test.
Their goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and fully supported.
Diagnostic Assessors
Understanding your learning profile with care and precision.
Our diagnostic assessors are fully qualified practitioners who specialise in identifying:

- Working memory and processing‑speed differences
They provide detailed, evidence‑based assessments in a calm, supportive environment, always focusing on your strengths, not just your challenges.

Neurodivergent Coaches
Supporting your growth, confidence, and executive‑function skills.
Our neurodivergent coaches work 1:1 with learners looking to improve:
