Third-Party Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy

Commitment to Respect and Dignity
 
Access2Learn is committed to fostering a work environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity. This commitment extends to our interactions with students, customers, suppliers, contractors, and any other third parties associated with our operations.
 
Zero-Tolerance Policy
 
We maintain a zero-tolerance stance on any form of discrimination, harassment, or sexual harassment committed by or against our employees, whether by other employees or third parties such as students, customers, suppliers, or visitors.
Discrimination and harassment can manifest in many forms, including verbal, physical, psychological, and sexual behaviours that are unwelcome and offensive.
 
We expect all Access2Learn staff and customers to be polite and considerate. Verbal abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in the call or appointment being immediately terminated. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate communications via email or other written channels will also not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of services.
We reserve the right to refuse services for any customer who is threatening or inappropriate in any form of communication.
 
Policy Application
 
This policy applies to all forms of interaction and communication, whether in person, via electronic media, telephone, or any other means.
Third parties engaging with Access2Learn are expected to adhere to this policy. Any violation of these principles may lead to termination of our business relationship, withdrawal of services, and/or other appropriate legal action.
 
Reporting and Resolution
 
Employees experiencing or witnessing any discrimination or harassment from a third party are encouraged to report the incident immediately to their line manager, the Safeguarding Lead, or the Safeguarding Deputy.
Access2Learn will investigate all reported incidents promptly and thoroughly. Appropriate measures will be taken to address and resolve the matter, ensuring that our working environment remains respectful, safe, and inclusive for everyone.
