The landscape of DSA will soon be changing, with a nationwide tendering process currently in progress. Access2Learn will shortly be recruiting for new roles and will be looking for new team members to help shape a new and exciting time for DSA!

We are looking for Customer Service Manager to work in a fast-paced high demand customer service environment based in our Southampton office. Starting salary £25,000 – £30,000 based on experience.

DSA Needs Assessor - Internal - Apply now

We want to encourage a learner centred approach that accounts for all types of neurodiversity and to empower and enable independent and confident learners. We will champion the advantages of early diagnosis, intervention and support as a means of creating more positive experiences and more informed and aware individuals.

We are looking for an internal DSA Assessor based in Manchester, Sheffield, Newcastle or Bristol area, to work from our centre with elements of remote working for the organisation and the expectation for some travel should there be a business need. Starting salary £33,500 based on experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand and appreciate that assessors and current staff members working within the DSA Sector may have questions about the roles that may be available with Access2Learn. Whilst we currently cannot answer all questions, we will aim to provide as much information as possible when we can, so please check back regularly for any updates.

What assessor roles will be available?

We currently envisage there will be a mix of assessor roles available, both salaried internal staff members and freelancers.

Will roles be office based or remote?

We anticipate a mix of office based and remote working, with some roles leaning more towards office based (Administration) and others being more remote (QA, Finance).

Will the current rate at which assessors are paid be changing?

Details on how DSA will work in a “post tender” world will be released in due course, however whilst we anticipate there will be changes, we hope to be able to offer a competitive salary / freelancer rate.

When are the changes in DSA happening?

Currently, it is expected that a phased implementation will begin in April/May 2023 on a region by region basis, with all regions moving over to the new processes by July/August 2023.
